This has been such a game changer for me- everyone on the app has been helpful, down to earth, and professional. When everything feels chaotic and overwhelming, Confidant has been my north star towards a life I wasn’t sure was possible for me. I recommend it highly to anyone who needs help.

It has been great working with Confidant. Not only could I get my meds right away when I was in a little bit of a crisis but I really connected with my team and even started seeing a therapist and working with a coach. If I had to go to an office for all of this it wouldn’t be in the cards for me but I can do Confidant at home while I’m watching my daughter.

Confidant has helped me change my drinking and improve my mental health. I was originally really interested in the DIY stuff but found the whole experience got me what I needed when I needed it. Other apps just signed me up for a recurring subscription but with Confidant I actually learned so much and was able to get the support I needed. Now I feel like my life is back on track.
