Kristin, a 44-year-old marketing director was worried about her mental health and felt her drinking was getting out of hand. After a few weeks of doing exercises on her own, Kristin was ready to jump start her recovery and started meeting with a Confidant therapist.

This has been such a game changer for me- everyone on the app has been helpful, down to earth, and professional. When everything feels chaotic and overwhelming, Confidant has been my north star towards a life I wasn’t sure was possible for me. I recommend it highly to anyone who needs help.
It has been great working with Confidant. Not only could I get my meds right away when I was in a little bit of a crisis but I really connected with my team and even started seeing a therapist and working with a coach. If I had to go to an office for all of this it wouldn’t be in the cards for me but I can do Confidant at home while I’m watching my daughter.
