SMS Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Confidant Health offers text (SMS) messaging to patients and prospective patients who opt in. Depending on the consent(s) you provide, messages may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling notices, insurance/profile prompts needed for your visit, care-coordination and check-in messages, responses to your questions, and only if you separately opt in occasional promotional offers and updates.

1. How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment at member.confidanthealth.com, by providing your mobile number and consent to a Confidant Health team member, or through other enrollment forms that clearly state you agree to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointments (for example, you may receive appointment reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour, and 10 minutes before a scheduled session).

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Confidant Health does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.

4. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally or reply START. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to receive care through other channels (phone, email, or the app).

5. Help (HELP)

For help, text HELP to any of our messages, email help@confidanthealth.com, or call 203-747-8696.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties. 8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
